Graduated from the Ecole Nationale des Ponts & Chaussées, holds a MS in Operations Research at Stanford University, a PhD in Economics from La Sorbonne and the French actuarial certification. Member of the IAF.
François started his career as controller, then was hired as Market Director at Credit Chimique and Banque de l’Union Européenne and in 1990 launched Egide Finance, an asset management company. Founded APTimum in 1995, a service company dedicated to risk measurement and representative of FIS-APT in French speaking countries.
During these years, François acquired a broad experience in risk, on the practical side, implementing tools and accompanying more than 65 clients in the asset management area , as well as on the theoretical side through researchs on VaR, TaR and extreme phenomenons and lecturing in various Universities (Dauphine, CNAM, Paris XII).

Pascal is founding Partner of FCI. He is more particularly in charge of the supervision of compliance, risks, controls, and administrative aspects of the company. With more than 30 years of experience in audit, risk management and compliance, he has developed an in-depth knowledge of financial markets, business and regulation of the asset management and banking sectors, while managing large teams at local and international level.
He joined FCI in 2020 after Natixis IM where he was Executive Director Compliance & Risk then Chief Audit Executive.
Previously, he was at Crédit Mutuel as Vice-President of the Finance Department in charge of Asset and Liability Management. He started his career at the General Inspection of the Crédit Mutuel Group.

Dr. Luc Neuberg is Chairman of the Board of ALRiM, the Luxembourg Association of Risk Management.
Luc was CEO and Head of Risk Management at BCEE AM. Before that, Dr. Neuberg was the Managing Director at Fortis Investment Luxembourg, as well as Head of Risk Management for Fortis Multi Management. Prior to this, he was a Member of the MeesPierson Global Investment Process Committee.
He belongs to the Steering Committee of the ALFI Risk Management working group, and teaches at the University of Lorraine, University of Luxembourg and Luxembourg House of Training. Dr. Neuberg holds a Ph.D. in Management Sciences from the University of Namur and a Civil Engineer degree from the University of Liège..
Director of Operations
Jean-Hugues is in charge of FCI Operations: indexes production, data management, construction and valuation using data from various providers.
He develops processes to build, control and visualize indexes production and finds solutions that fit FCI's clients needs.
Previously he developped indicators with CPR-AM research team using machine learning models to identify switching regimes in market returns.
