FCI is committed to high standards of benchmark administration in order to promote the quality, reliability and integrity of its benchmarks.

FCI develops and implements a control and monitoring framework for the design, calculation, maintenance and dissemination of the benchmarks it administers. This framework is based on methodologies, policies and procedures, as well as a monitoring system designed to meet the requirements of the European Benchmark Regulation (BMR).

The European Benchmark Regulation requires administrators to be registered with a competent authority. The “Autorité des Marchés Financiers” (AMF) has registered FCI as a benchmark administrator. FCI is also on ESMA's register of benchmark administrators.
